Pacific NW Summer 2016

Except for a fairly searing August, this summer could be considered "normal" or even below normal, particularly as compared to the last two years. Vancouver didn't even hit 90 degrees once. Astoria was shocked with a 98 and two days in the lower 90's, all of which is quite unusual.
